It’s been one year since Federal Merchants was awarded a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a variety of A4 desktop Multifunctional Devices (MFDs), desktop printers, flatbed scanners, and accessories (toner, cartridges, sheet trays).
As one of only seven contract holders, we were excited to receive this note from our contracting officer:
We’re thankful for the opportunity to support our warfighters with the products they need for mission success, and we appreciate the recognition. We couldn’t do what we do without collaboration from our contracting officers.
Under contract, we offer solutions from Lexmark, Xerox, and Ricoh (formerly Fujitsu). To date, we fulfilled the largest delivery order under the contract and earned a Satisfactory rating in CPARS, the government Contractor Performance Assessment Report.
We look forward to providing support to our customers under the new contract year.
